By agreeing to these terms, you're setting yourself up for success and ensuring that you're able to take full advantage of the benefits of selling on WowMakes.
To list your handmade products on WowMakes, you must comply with our guidelines and policies. Your products must be accurately described, and you must provide high-quality images that showcase the details of the item. It's important to note that sellers are responsible for creating and maintaining their own refund and shipping policies.
You are responsible for packaging, shipping, and delivering the product to the customer in a timely manner and within the specified delivery window.
If you are shipping the product, it is your responsibility to provide a shipping tracking code and tracking URL to the customer. This is especially important for non-local pickup methods, as it allows the customer to track the progress of their delivery and provides an added level of assurance and trust. It's important to keep communication open with the customer to ensure they are aware of the product's progress and arrival date.
We expect all sellers to provide exceptional customer service to all customers and to respond to all inquiries and complaints within a timely manner. As a WowMakes seller, you will have access to our seller support team and resources to help you provide the best possible customer experience.
You must own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use any trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property associated with your products. By listing your products on WowMakes, you grant us the right to use your shop name for promotions and may share your products on our social media channels.
Refunds and Returns
As mentioned earlier, sellers are responsible for their own refund and return policies. As a seller on WowMakes, it's your choice to set the return policy. If you choose to accept returns, we recommend that you provide a clear explanation of your policy, including any restrictions or limitations.
Commission and Fees
At WowMakes, we charge no commission on sales made through our platform. The only fees associated with using our platform are the monthly subscription fee and a transaction fee on each earning withdrawal. It's important to note that the transaction fees of 1.4% plus $0.52 per transaction are not being charged by WowMakes, but rather by our payment providers and the bank. We believe in keeping our fees transparent and affordable so that you can focus on what you do best – creating amazing handmade products.
As a seller on WowMakes, you have the right to terminate your account and close your shop at any time. We understand that circumstances change, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. In the event of account termination, please note that you will still be responsible for fulfilling any outstanding orders and resolving any open issues with buyers. If you choose to close your shop, you will no longer be charged a subscription fee, and any outstanding earnings will be available for withdrawal. WowMakes reserves the right to terminate your account if we suspect any violation of our terms and conditions. In this event, we will notify you and provide an explanation for the termination.
